The oldest, and most stylish member of the Swedish royal family passed away yesterday.
Princess Lilian was born 1915 in Swansea, Wales.
She met the Swedish Prince Bertil, Duke of Halland, in London, at a cocktail party for her 28th birthday. At that time, she was already married, but Lilian and Prince Bertil became lovers.
Lilian and her first husband got divorced two years later in 1945.
Lilian and Prince Bertil lived together for more than 30 years and where married in 1976.
